🎖Position: Sales Executive
🎖Key responsibilities:
– Conduct in depth appraisal of the targeted corporates
– Recruiting private companies to sign up MOUs
– Doing presentations to private companies and their staff
– Selling loans to the staff of companies who have signed up MOUs
– Assess potential client’s eligibility criteria and advice on loan limits
– Assisting clients with their queries
– Managing the portfolio of the recruited clients
– Prospecting for new business from the corporate world
– Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and online platforms
– Follow up on leads and convert them into customers
– Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
– Maintain strong client relationship at all times.
🎖Requirements:
– Diploma in business related field
– Bachelors degree will be added advantage
– Over 2 years progressive in sales with proven record in target achievement
– Previous sales experience in selling similar products in a financial institution/MFI is a MUST
– Exceptional negotiation skills
– Good communication, networking, interpersonal skills.
